More Christmas Time Festivities

One of the most enjoyed activities in our home was decorating the fridge like "Frosty the Snowman." He kept us good company for a month or so- he also helped me to avoid putting papers on the fridge. Definitely- he will be a welcome guest next year.

We also enjoyed painting... especially Abby :)

One of our finished products...

We made "I spy" ornaments for some ornament exchanges that we attended. This was enjoyed by both the givers and the receivers. We found empty plastic ornaments and cute little Christmas figurines and bells to fit inside. Then we covered it all with polly pellets, glued the top on, stuck some wire in the top, and tied a bow. They made for fun new ornaments.

One of our most loved activities was sculpting. We got a box of clay and sculpted nativity scenes. This is part of Savannah's nativity scene drying. I didn't get many good pictures of the dried and painted ones, but I'm sure we'll sculpt something together again soon. All of seemed to lose track of time and get in the "zone" of creating.

One of our least favorite activities was going to the zoo lights... the lights were really fun and amazing, but it was way too cold. By the time we left, Owen, Abby, and Jane were all crying. We may not do that for a few more years.

Fun Times!!
